Luanda, 9 January 2025 – TAAG Linhas Aéreas de Angola will implement an internship program in partnership with academic institutions in Angola, namely in the technical-vocational and higher education segments of public and private entities. The aim is to provide students and recent graduates with differentiating professional experience for their CVs and careers, to reinforce the practical component and know-how, complementing the curriculum taught during their academic training, as well as exposing trainees to an environment with high levels of interaction and networking with specialists and senior professionals in the civil aviation sector.
The program will last between six and twelve months for the professional internship, which includes candidates who have successfully completed their degree course within a period of no more than one year. At the same time, and in the case of the academic internship, the program will last between three and six months, which includes students who are in the final year of their degree.
In this first edition of the internship program, called “Take off with TAAG”, around 60 places will be available, and the initiative will be implemented during the first half of 2025, in line with the partner educational entities. In the first phase, TAAG will make internship vacancies available in three strategic areas, namely Support & Management, Operations & Market and Customer Support, where beneficiaries will be able to acquire a set of skills in areas such as:

The Agostinho Neto University (UAN), through the Faculty of Social Sciences, is the first educational institution to ratify the Letter of Protocol with TAAG, in a ceremony that took place on Thursday, January 9, 2025, in the auditorium of the UAN University Campus, in Camama, Luanda.
