Praia dos Pobres (“The Poor People’s Beach”) is one of Soyo’s main meeting points. It attracts the largest crowds during the weekend. here, you can go for a swim and enjoy the sunbeams on these sands where the great Congo river meets the Atlantic Ocean and draws a border between Angola and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
