TAAG Internship Program

TAAG'S ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM INCLUDES TWO BENCHMARK TEACHING UNITS IN ANGOLA

After signing a partnership with the Agostinho Neto University (UAN) and the Higher Institute of Administration and Finance (ISAF) in January, followed by the Centro Integrado de Formação Tecnológica (CINFOTEC) in February, TAAG continues its plan of strategic partnerships within the framework of the Curricular and Professional Internship Program, initialing today two new protocols, namely with the Polytechnic Industrial Institute of Luanda (IPIL) and the Catholic University of Angola (UCAN).

Luanda, March 6, 2025: On Thursday, March 6, TAAG - Linhas Aéreas de Angola, S.A. signed two new cooperation protocols, namely with the Polytechnic Industrial Institute of Luanda (IPIL) and the Catholic University of Angola (UCAN), within the framework of providing academic and professional internships in the company to meritorious students of these institutions.

This partnership includes internships in the areas of Support and Management, Operations, Market and Customer Support, which bring together different departments of TAAG, giving students or recent graduates the opportunity to accelerate their careers and acquire know-how in both technical and administrative areas.

With these partnerships, TAAG has signed its fifth protocol with educational institutions in Angola, reinforcing its commitment to the "People and Community" corporate pillar, in line with its corporate social responsibility action, in favor of developing skills and creating professional opportunities for future generations.

The signing of the protocol between TAAG and the Industrial Polytechnic Institute of Luanda was facilitated by the Chairman of the Executive Committee of TAAG, Nelson Rodrigues de Oliveira, and the Deputy Director of IPIL, Edson Sousa Viegas.

In turn, the cooperation agreement signed with the Catholic University of Angola was ratified by the CEO of TAAG, Nelson Rodrigues de Oliveira, and the Magnificent Rector of UCAN, Sister Maria da Assunção.

At the same time, and in both institutions, a session was held to present the internship program to the students, facilitated by TAAG's Human Capital and Organizational Culture Department, and the student community was given more details about the requirements and benefits of the project during a question and answer session.

Industrial Polytechnic Institute of Luanda (IPIL)

The Industrial Polytechnic Institute of Luanda is a reference institution for technical education in Angola, located in Luanda. Founded in 1962, it has gone through different names and transformations, and has registered more than 50,000 graduates.
