TAAG ANGOLA AIRLINES WILL OFFER DIRECT FLIGHTS BETWEEN LUANDA AND OPORTO DURING CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR
TAAG Angola Airlines has just updated the flight schedule providing customers with a direct connection between Luanda (Angola) and Oporto (Portugal) during Christmas and New Year festive seasons.

Luanda May 5, 2023: TAAG Angola Airlines will provide 14 services to connect Luanda and Oporto, effective from December 2023 to January 2024. The goal is to offer greater mobility options to passengers while answering the seasonal high demand during Christmas and New Year. Thus, as of today, sales are open, and customers can acquire their tickets in advance via the company´s regular channels benefiting from more competitive ticket fares.
Flight itinerary – Christmas (December)
- Departures from Luanda to Oporto (night flight) scheduled for 15, 17, 20, and 22 December 2023.
- Departures from Oporto to Luanda (day flight) scheduled for 16, 18, 21, and 23 December 2023
Flight itinerary – NEW YEAR (January)
- Departures from Luanda to Oporto (night flight) scheduled for 3, 5, and 7 January 2024.
- Departures from Oporto to Luanda (day flight) scheduled for 4, 6, and 8 January 2024.
The route will be operated by a Boeing 777 aircraft with 293 passenger total capacity.
This initiative answers to passengers’ expectations and market demand considering December/January peak period, as TAAG will provide families and corporate segments with a direct connection to Oporto City, a key destination during the festive season.
